When enabling LDAP server authentication, administrators have three modes of LDAP authentication. The following authentication mechanisms bind to the LDAP server in increasing order of security:
Anonymous—Binds with User ID only.
Simple—Binds with User ID and password.
Secure—Binds using Kerberos authentication.
