The Communication Password task lets you establish or remove a communication password for a device. It is possible to communicate securely with a device even if it does not have a communication password; however, if a communication password is set for a device, it must match the server communication password in order to establish a secure channel.

Notes:

• Clicking Synchronize with Server will synchronize the communication password for the selected device(s) with the server.
• Clicking Remove Password will remove the communication password from the selected device(s).
