Keywords are command line parameters that embed your Action information in an e-mail message. When you select a keyword from the Keywords list, detailed information about it appears in the Keyword Detail box.

You can add keywords to the To, Cc, Subject, and Body fields by:

• Selecting the keyword you want to add, and then clicking the arrow button next to the text field.

• Typing the keyword directly into the text field. Keywords should be entered in the format ${origin.key}, where origin is an action, source, or event.

Notes:

• The Subject field is limited to 80 characters.
• The From field is limited to 80 characters.
• The To field is limited to 255 characters.
• The Cc field is limited to 255 characters.
